Chief Executive Officer (Head of Programs & Implementation)
With 25 years in NGO leadership and development professional across West Africa, he has spearheaded large‑scale health, reproductive, maternal and newborn health, nutrition, agriculture, Institutional Development, Risk Management & Disaster Management, and education initiatives in partnership with WHO, DFID, ADB, BMGF, ENDFUND, FHI360, HKI, USAID, UNICEF. Private Sector, and is a recognized advocate for women’s empowerment.
Mr. Hussaini Aliyu Abbas
Head of Community Engagement & Strategy
A business leader and social advocate, Mr. Abbas brings over 15 years of experience in infrastructure development, government consulting, and community impact. He has led multi-sectoral projects across government agencies and parastatals, NGO, Social Societies, with a focus on sustainable growth and public service delivery.

Digital Innovation and Technology
With over 10 years in digital solutions for development, Engr. Olateju architects our mobile learning carts, tele‑health hubs, and e‑platforms, ensuring tech is user‑friendly and scalable. He has developed multiple award-winning health and Artificial Intelligence innovations and has spearheaded the Technical and innovation unit of many NGOs in the past. Aliyu has received numerous innovation and technical awards from different countries
Mrs. Saratu Muazu Olateju
MEAL, Data & Reporting
A Data Scientist and M&E specialist, Mrs. Olateju brings deep expertise in health data & analytics, gender equity, and social impact strategy. With over 7 years of cross-sector experience, she has influenced and led sustainable health policies and initiatives, and guided data systems that shape decision-making across development programs in partnership with UN Women, FHI360, WHO, Keep Scotland Beautiful, and Change Agents.
